By accessing or using BunnyEnhancer ("the Service"), operated at https://bunnyenhancer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
1.2 Service Description
BunnyEnhancer provides tools and services for managing Bunny CDN and Bunny Stream accounts, including but not limited to:
- Video management and bulk operations (re-encoding, metadata editing)
- Pull zone cloning and configuration
- Video library management and organization
- URL export and video migration tools
- Bulk video operations across libraries
- Usage analytics and credit tracking
1.3 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- One account per user; multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Account verification via email is required before accessing the Service
1.4 Credit System
1.4.1 Free Credits
- New users receive 300 free credits upon email verification
- Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits
1.4.2 Credit Accumulation
- Credits **accumulate** and never reset - any unused credits remain in your account
- When you purchase a plan or credit package, credits are added to your existing balance
- Example: If you have 200 credits remaining and receive 500 new credits, your total will be 700 credits
1.4.3 Monthly Renewal for Subscription Plans
- Active subscription plans automatically renew credits every 30 days
- Renewed credits accumulate with your existing balance
- Renewal occurs as long as your subscription remains active
1.4.4 Credit Expiration
- **Credits never expire** - they remain in your account indefinitely until used
- This applies to all credit types: subscription credits, extra credit packages, and gift credits
1.4.5 Subscription Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, your remaining credits stay in your account indefinitely
- Cancelled subscriptions stop receiving monthly credit renewals
- You can continue using existing credits until depleted
1.4.6 Credit Usage
- Credits are deducted when you use tools and services
- Each tool has a defined credit cost displayed before use
- Insufficient credit balance will prevent tool usage
- All credit transactions are logged in your usage history
1.4.7 Credit Packages
- Extra credit packages are one-time purchases
- Package credits accumulate with your existing balance
- Package credits never expire and do not renew monthly
1.5 Payment Terms
1.5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle")
- Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance
- We do not store your payment card information
- Supported payment methods are determined by Paddle and may vary by region
1.5.2 Subscription Billing
- Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Billing cycles begin on the date of your initial subscription purchase
- Automatic renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for recurring payments
1.5.3 Pricing and Currency
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
- Existing subscriptions maintain current pricing until the next renewal
- Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location
1.5.4 Failed Payments
- Failed subscription payments may result in service interruption
- We will attempt to notify you via email of payment failures
- Accounts with failed payments may be suspended after a grace period
- You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information
1.6 Refund Policy
1.6.1 Subscription Refunds
- New subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle
- Credits already used are non-refundable
1.6.2 Credit Package Refunds
- Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased
- Exception: Unused packages may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase
- Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packages
1.6.3 Exceptional Circumstances
- Service outages exceeding 24 hours may qualify for pro-rated credit compensation
- Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for credit compensation
- Refund and compensation decisions are at our sole discretion
1.7 Service Usage and Limitations
1.7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or third-party services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or network connections
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Abuse or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for any advantage
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written authorization
- Use another user's Bunny.net credentials without their explicit consent
1.7.2 Service Limitations
- Tools are provided for use with your own Bunny CDN/Stream accounts only
- Service availability is subject to scheduled maintenance and updates
- Tool execution times may vary based on operation complexity and third-party API performance
- We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage that negatively impacts system performance for other users
1.7.3 Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates with Bunny.net services via their public API
- You must comply with Bunny.net's Terms of Service (https://bunny.net/tos)
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or functionality
- Integration with third-party services may change or be discontinued at any time
- Your use of Bunny.net services through our platform is subject to your own agreement with Bunny.net
1.8 API Key Security
1.8.1 Your Bunny.net API Keys
- When you connect your Bunny.net account, your API key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage
- API keys are only decrypted during active tool operations and are never exposed in plaintext
- You are responsible for the security of your Bunny.net account and API keys
- You should rotate your API keys periodically and immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
1.8.2 Our Responsibilities
- We implement industry-standard encryption for all stored credentials
- We do not share, sell, or expose your API keys to any third party
- We restrict API key access to authorized server-side operations only
1.9 Intellectual Property
1.9.1 Service Ownership
- The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content, is our proprietary property
- These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service
- The BunnyEnhancer and Tools4CDN names and logos may not be used without written permission
1.9.2 User Content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service
- You grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store your content solely to provide the Service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you process through our tools
1.10 Account Termination
1.10.1 Termination by User
- You may cancel your account at any time from account settings
- Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period
- Remaining credits stay in your account after subscription cancellation
- Full account deletion can be requested and results in permanent data removal after a grace period
1.10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
- You engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other users
- Your payment fails repeatedly after notification
- Required by law or legal authority
1.10.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service is immediately revoked
- Remaining subscription period is not refunded
- Account data is permanently deleted after 90 days
- Obligations that survive termination (indemnification, limitation of liability) remain in effect
1.11 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
1.11.2 No Guarantee of Results
- We do not guarantee specific results from using our tools
- Tool performance depends on various factors including Bunny.net API availability and response times
- We are not responsible for data loss or corruption on Bunny.net resulting from tool usage
- You should maintain backups of critical data before performing bulk operations
1.11.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions, errors, or downtime
- Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
1.11.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Actions taken on your Bunny.net account through the Service
1.12 Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address or through a Service notification
- Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion
1.13 Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
- Small claims court proceedings are permitted in your local jurisdiction
- You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us
1.14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
