BunnyEnhancer ("the Service") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for subscription plans and credit packages purchased through our platform. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record.
1. Subscription Plan Refunds
1.1 14-Day Refund Window
New subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided that:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase
- You have not consumed more than 50% of your monthly credit allocation during this period
1.2 How to Request a Subscription Refund
To request a refund for a subscription plan:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving it.
1.3 Subscription Renewal Refunds
- Renewal charges for existing subscriptions are not eligible for refund
- If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
1.4 What Happens After a Subscription Refund
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
- Access to subscription features will be revoked
- Any credits added by the subscription will be removed from your balance
- Credits that were purchased separately (credit packages) will remain in your account
2. Credit Package Refunds
2.1 48-Hour Refund Window
One-time credit package purchases are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that:
- No credits from the package have been used
- The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase
2.2 Non-Refundable Credit Packages
Credit packages are non-refundable after 48 hours or if any credits from the package have been consumed. Partial refunds for partially used credit packages are not available.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credit compensation outside the standard policy in the following situations:
- Service outages: Extended service outages exceeding 24 hours that prevent you from using tools you paid for
- Technical issues: Documented technical problems on our end that caused tool failures resulting in wasted credits
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Credits that have already been consumed (used on tools)
- Free credits provided upon account registration (300 initial credits)
- Subscription time that has already elapsed beyond the 14-day window
- Credit packages after 48 hours or after partial use
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
5. Refund Process
5.1 How Refunds Are Issued
- All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution
5.2 Currency and Amounts
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund amount will be the exact amount charged, including any applicable taxes
- Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates are not our responsibility
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Remaining credits stay in your account indefinitely.
- Refund: Returns your payment. Access and associated credits are revoked immediately.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard without needing to contact support.
